It’s almost impossible to measure the freedom and independence you enjoy from being able to drive. Whether you have just turned 17 and are excited by the challenge and opportunity in front of you, or whether you are in later life and changing circumstances mean that you have the daunting prospect of driving for the first time, Beverly Slater School of Motoring has the right course of lessons to ease you through your driving test.

We also offer refresher lessons for drivers who passed their test a while ago and feel they need some additional instruction to boost their levels of confidence and enhance their driving skills.

Based in Stockport and with local instructors across Greater Manchester, Cheshire and High Peak, we are proud to have driving test pass rates above 60% in comparison to the 2008 national average of 44%. All our instructors are patient and reliable and many of them are female. We work with our students exclusively on a one to basis unlike other schools where they may be other students in the car while you are driving.
